We have tried to make the enrolment process as straightforward as possible. To that end, we have provided the following calendar which outlines the steps you and your child need to follow to enrol at Christian Brothers' College. The first step is to download and print out the enrolment form. We encourage you to use our open days to learn more about what we have to offer and how it can benefit your child.

Open Day – Sunday, 24 February 2008
Information, tours and enrolments for the Year 7, 2009 and beyond

Closing date for applications for Year 7, 2009 – 29 February 2008
Date stipulated by Catholic Education Office for close of applications

Interviews – March 2007 (Date to be Advised)

For all Year 7, 2009 applicants and parents to be held from 4.00pm. Upon receipt of application forms, school reports and payment, parents will be requested in writing to make an appointment

Offer of placements – 28 April 2008

An official letter stating whether your son has been awarded a placement for Year 7, 2009 will be posted.

Tuition Fees 2007

Years 7 - 12 $450 is charged in September, December, February through to August = $4,025 p.a.
Compulsory Levies Computer Levy is charged December, February through to May = $150 p. a.
Application Fee $65 per student (non-refundable)
Educational Skills Profile $55 per student (Yr 10 only)
Enrolment Confirmation Fee $330 (Year 7) and $300 (Years 8 - 12) per student
This fee is non-refundable
Building Fund Donation Each family is encouraged to contribute to the College Building Fund. Donations are voluntary and are tax deductable. Individual receipts are issued. Donations can be paid in one payment or spread through the billing cycle, e.g. nine payments of $25 or a one off of $225.
Re-Enrolment Fee $425 per student [to be paid early in Term 4]. Fee subject to additional Family member discounts. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from first instalment of fees in the following year.

Discounts and Concessions

All families are expected to pay the fees as outlined, but in special circumstances, arrangements to assist may be made by contacting the Business Manager.

School Uniform Policy and Prices
